Shipping policy

Colour Cascade Fabrics Ships daily. We only use tracked postage on all parcels/envelopes, except where customer has only purchased a small amount of DMC thread which will be charged at normal letter rates with no tracking.

Incorrect address.

If you have entered an incorrect address on your order, we are not liable for its delivery location.

If your order is returned to us, the customer must pay the return and re-delivery fees in order to receive your items.

No orders will be refunded due to an incorrect address

US TARIFFS AND DUTIES: Colour Cascade Fabrics collects Tariffs stated as "Duties" at checkout. These Duties are remitted to the US Government via a Government approved collection agency that has partnered with Australia Post. This means that duties will be paid at checkout, and no further funds should be requested from you to clear customs in the US.
