Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at ccfsales@bigpond.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 24 Crimson Road, Karnup, WA, 6176 

Once we receive your returned item, we will contact you for a replacement or refund.

General information 

Colour Cascade Fabrics would like you to be happy with the purchases that you make.  As a consumer, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.  You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major failure.

  • All returns must be sent back to us within 7 days of the delivery date at the cost of the customer
  • Gift cards can not be returned and are not redeemable for cash.
  • Please ensure all items are packaged securely and arrive back to us in their original condition. Including boxes, casing, labels etc. We reserve the right to deny any item that does not meet these requirements.
  • Once your return has been processed, you will receive confirmation from our team
  • Sale items can not be returned for a refund unless deemed faulty. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like any fabric in the Happy Accident section as these are displayed and described as having faults, 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted we will send out the chosen exchange.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Reasons we won't refund


We won't refund on a simple change of mind on colour or fabric type, however we can exchange the item for you if you return the original piece of fabric, postage will be at your cost.
